How many teams in each division?
There are 6 – 12 teams in each division.
How long does each season last?
Each season lasts 10 weeks.
How long are the games?
Matches are 40 minutes in duration.
How many players can be used in one game?
For 5-a-side leagues EIGHT. For 6-a-side leagues NINE.
Can we use more than 8 players during the season?
You may use as many players as you wish – see rules.
What time do the matches start?
Match start times vary from league to league. Call us for details of the start times at your particular league.
Will there be promotion and relegation?
Yes. 2 teams are promoted and relegated.
Can we choose the kick off time that we play?
You can advise us of a preferred time and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time in the fixtures.
Do you award trophies?
Yes, we give winners and runners up of each division top quality individual trophies.
Is the league affiliated?
Yes, all corporatesoccer.co.uk leagues are affiliated to the FA.
What type of footwear can be worn?
This can vary, indoors only non marking soled trainers are permitted. Outdoors, most astroturfs permit you to wear moulded studs but some new facilities only allow trainers. You should check this with your particular venue.
What happens if our opposition doesn't turn up?
We will arrange a friendly game for you and you will be awarded a 5-0 win for that particular game.
What if a team drops out of our league?
When a team drops out of the league we will try to replace them. If this cannot be done immediately, a friendly game will be arranged for the same time.
Do teams need matching kits?
Corporate Soccer supplies all teams with full kits
Are shin pads compulsory?
Shin pads are compulsory, referees are not responsible for checking shin pads, all players must wear them.
Do you supply the match ball?
Yes, we only use top quality match balls for our leagues. We supply all the necessary equipment.
Do you supply the referee?
Yes, a qualified FA referee will be supplied for all matches.
Is there a membership fee and how much are the games?
There is NO joining fee, affiliation fee or deposit. The cost of each game will be £45 per week (£5 per player).
